On the browser simply change to the following and you will be able to login.
For PLAY'A Please go to the following link from your Oculus Quest browser and download: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/quest/3447691518693868/
You can also go to www.playavr.com from the quest browser and pick the Quest headset and then it will take you to the download.
You need to swipe a bit to the right side of the list of devices
