While watching vr videos on my android phone can I just tap on items using my touch screen instead of the tiny red dot cursor?

PLAY'A offers two alternative options to navigate in the app:
Bluetooth controller: Connect a compatible Bluetooth controller for navigation.
Touch controls: Enable touch controls by tapping the controller icon in the top-left corner. Use swiping and tapping to move the cursor and click.
