I use quest 3 with play'a app. I would also suggest a preview mini screen when hovering a part of the playback timeline. Much more easy to navigate to part you want to watch. I'm talking about online video from website! Not local files, but that feature would be great for both!
Most players out there have it. Deo vr or prism have that feature!
Also will suggest time stamps and preview when hovering a video in the menu! All feature that most of the other vr players have!
