Yeaterday I updated to the latest version of the player (on vision pro) and now whenever I try to open the app it stays on the “connecting…preparing for synchronization” screen. The dial continues to move in circles but it never is able to exit this screen. If i click cancel it doesn’t work , so have to force quit and restart the app. Help please!

If I have to go the uninstall route, is there any way the saved videos can be retrieved?
